44 Inch Chest

 44 INCH CHEST stars:

Ray Winstone (The Departed, Cold Mountain, Sexy Beast);

Ian McShane (Sexy Beast, Kung Fu Panda);

Steven Berkoff (A Clockwork Orange, Rambo, Barry Lyndon);

Stephen Dillane (The Hours, King Arthur);

John Hurt (V for Vendetta, Alien, The Elephant Man);

Tom Wilkinson (The Patriot, Shakespeare in Love, The Dark Knight);

Joanne Whalley (The Man Who Knew Too Little, Scarlett, Willow);

and Melvil Poupaud (one of the most popular film stars in France).

44 INCH CHEST is provocative, outrageously profane and surprisingly tender amidst an explosion of unbridled testosterone and a visceral exploration of the masculine ego at breaking point; ultimately testing whether fear is stronger than love.

Combining the coruscating menace and wit of Sexy Beast with the bold storytelling of Trainspotting and the razor-sharp conflicts of Reservoir Dogs, 44 Inch Chest makes the debut feature of noted photographer and film-maker Malcolm Venville, and is produced by Richard Brown, and Steve Golin; who through films such as Babel, Being John Malkovich and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, among many others, has specialized in innovative pictures.
